I paid for pictures on December 3rd and picture retake day was December 9th. My daughter was in school waited for her pictures to be taken on that day and nothing. This is the email I got from company. Thank you for your order for portraits of your child on 12/3/2021 5:39:10 PM. We have been unable to locate your child in the list of students photographed at Willard Avenue Pk-8 School. Was your child absent that day? Could the school have them under a different name? Do we have the correct school? If your child was absent please make sure your child is photographed on retake day, and contact the school if you do not know the retake date. If the retake date has passed please contact Customer Service at https://inter-state.com/Support and they will be happy to issue you a refund. Please reply to this email within 24 hours to help us process your order. Please do not request a reply. We will be sure and notify you if we still cannot locate the image. Thank you, Customer Service - Inter-State Studio & Publishing. Resolution Sought I want my money. They waited six days before issuing a check because my card I used was stolen. I will never do business with them ever again.
