They have no customer service other than email that takes days to respond. I ordered a marble tulip table from then, costing over $2000 plus shipping. All the reviews on their site are wonderful and they tout their 30 day hassle free return. The table was crated and very heavy, so I was not able to immediately uncrate it. No problem, since I knew I had 30 days to return it. I uncrated it about 2 weeks after it was delivered to find a huge scratch/crack in the surface of the marble underneath many layers of wrapping. It's clear that the item was damaged when it was packed. I immediately contacted customer service, again feeling confident that it would not be an issue because of their 30 day return policy and great reviews. NOPE! Hidden somewhere in the fine print, they say damaged items must be reported within 7 days and there's nothing they can do for me. If you check BBB.org and Trust Pilot you will see many similar tales. They are engaging in deceptive business practices. Resolution Sought I'd like them to refund my money. Whether or not they pick up the table is up to them. It is of no use to me since it is scratched and possibly cracked..
