Quoted $450. 00 to repair springs for sofa; agreed. Few days later required an additional amount of $500.00. I paid. All new springs were required. The underneath springs were not replaced and the sofa has not been repaired properly. Reached out to Owner Rebecca Perez and have had no response. Resolution Sought Refund the extra money paid to replace springs or do what they were suppose to do. ($500.00)
