BCA's Summary and Analysis:

The company has a pattern of complaints which causes us concern. Complainants typically allege misrepresentation of the offer and terms of service problems cancelling services billing disputes and lack of customer service. Specifically complainants allege the conditions of the service are not as represented fees and terms are different from what the sales person claims and failure to respond to customers in regards to their accounts refunds cancellations etc.~~The company generally addresses complaints by agreeing to cancel services or release consumers out of their contracts in some cases waiving the early termination fees. In other cases the company issued refunds or credits or agreed to issue refunds in 10 days.
