We received a call from Michael Dolan that we were awarded shares from our Timeshare that was going public, and he offered to sell them for us for a $3036.12 fee. He instructed us to contact James Donovan, who was working as an FCC overseer, to complete the transaction. Both James and Michael assured us there were no additional fees. We contacted Pueblo Bonito @ 18009620320, and they confirmed and sent us a copy of the stock certificate. James asked us to wire the $3036.12 to his bank in Mexico. After the money was confirmed, Michael called to say that a $5600.00 "Repatriation of capital fee" was absolutely required for the money to be paid out. He sent a guarantor's letter that the $5600 was the final fee. After that money was wired, we received a call from James that an additional $3600.00 needed to be wired to Mexico if this money was not wired immediately. Both James and a lady who said she was a Pershing LLC Global Solutions lawyer called, stating that if we did not wire the additional $3600.00, they were going to start legal action, and we were going to forfeit our money. We told them we were willing to forfeit the proceeds from the sale if they returned our money invested so far. That, according to them, is not allowed. We told them we did not have any more money to send. My husband is 76 years of age, and I am 72. We have explained to them that we are pensioners on a fixed income. We are asking for the return of $8636.92 that we have paid to them this far. Resolution Sought The return of $8636.92
