So, I hired this company to do my daughters kitchen countertops. They had a piece of granite for their bathroom that needed to be cut and this company said they could cut it for 300.00.I paid the money and they measured did a template and said they would deliver. They brought the granite and they had cut it to short where it does not fit the bathroom cabinet. The women in the office my daughter talked to admitted they measured wrong she said they would look at their granite scraps to try to make it right. Well I have tried to communicate with them and they just ignore me. I tried to give them a chance to make this right but they have not responded. Resolution Sought I either want my money back or different granite since they ruined our granite.

First: IGS believes that the terms of the original scope of work contract were met. We re-fabricated a piece of old existing granite for this customer. We thought we might have issues with the fitment of this piece and added specific notes to the work agreement to cover this possible problem. IGS added additional notes that were signed by the customer as part of the contract. It states = IGS is not responsible if the granite breaks during fabrication or if it does not fit perfectly, attached below are the exact contract notes.) This was signed by the customer. Additional Project Notes Kitchen and bathroom project: Kitchen includes mounting sink and cutting faucet hole(s), Bathroom-refabricating granite that is on site. IGS will do its best to fabricate the edges. IGS is not responsible if the granite breaks during fabrication or it does not fit perfectly. Not included: Sinks, faucets, plumbing, backsplash in the bathroom and tile installation Moving forward. IGS is willing to replace the Granite Vanity top in question. This effort is to resolve any issues with the complaint filed by the customer with the BCA & BBB. IGS is responding with this offer to provide excellent customer service. We will let the customer pick from the 2 following granites that we have in stock that we believe are comparable to what the customer has installed. Once decided, IGS will replace and install the new vanity top. The two choices are 1. Giallo Napoli 2. Giallo Ornamental Dark We have called the customer and sent them an email with this offer, plus pictures of the two different materials.
