This contractor was hired to complete renovations of a home. He quoted the complete project would be 59500. He has been paid a total of 39,500 towards the total amount. The contractor refused to complete the job because he wants more money and he has already breached the contract regarding agreed upon time frames . Only half of the non is completed and we are asking for half of the money to be returned be returned. Resolution Sought Return half of the money that was paid to him. Which is 20000
