Paid taxes on car in March 2021. Car lot never transferred title from PA to KY. Car broke down with timing issues and as of this day 8-13-21 Title to car is still Pa. Since lot breached contract feel we are owed every penny we spent on this car. Lot broke the law after 45 days of us obtaining car. Resolution Sought Refund down payment, items that was purchased for vehicle. Have all receipts. This comes to 1,800
