My warranty American Home Shield paid a claim to fix my 2014 Dodge Charger in October 2021. My car has been at Interstate Dodge since April 2021. Car is still at that location they keep giving me the run around. Waiting on parts. I need my car. I called today I get transferred to voice mails no one calls back. I went to location about 1 month ago service manager not in was told he would call never called. Resolution Sought I need my car fixed and running or I need a permanent replacement. I need compensation for paying insurance and car Shield monthly for a vehicle I can not drive.

We dropped my car off for a basic repair. Car was working fine, no check engine lights. After their "repair" they can't get my car to run. It's been 3 weeks now and telling me they have no idea what's wrong with my car. This was reported to the service manager, James and he stated he would get to the bottom of it. That was a week ago. Today I asked for a rental car and I was told that another customer has been waiting since January 19th and they still have her car and no rental car. Resolution Sought Return our car for the amount quoted with my car back in working order. Pay for a rental car of same size until they fix my car.
