I arrived at 1:17 P.m. There was a sign on the door said we will be back shortly and I end up waiting over a hour. I did not get checked in until after 3 o'clock hotel does not provide additional washcloths and towels. The room had roaches and the manager has a rude and nasty attitude, they refused to refund me for the inconvenience. Resolution Sought Refund for the inconvenience.
