on Oct 27,2025 put a intoxalock in my f-150 pu staying the order was from the DMV in mass I live in Indiana I did live in mass 8 years ago and charged with DUI i had talked with rmv many times now they never ordered or approved for one I've gave intoxalock every piece of paper work that mass has sent me I just get the run around now they want more money now they have lock the truck from starting and won't remove it .the mistake came from breatheeasy ins broker also a part ner of intoxalock . I have not even had a license in nether state in the last 8 years.the only thing the state of mass says if I move back or drive on the highway there I will need iid i was cleared. and also sent thank that paper work. Resolution Sought remove the lid from f 150 truck at no charge to me return my $642.00 dollars use the same co who put it in to take it out mobil upfitters

I have a dui and i have to have a interlock device on my car. They sold me a monthly service with one of their service providers and didn't mention the correct price of the service at initiation of the service. They sent me a packet with a different Resolution Sought I want them to stop increasing the prices as they choose and tell the true price up front so i wouldn't have choose them.
