I was sentenced to use the intoxilock for 14 months during that time I paid biweekly and paid the installing of the unit and the removal of the unit after that they still claim I owe them closing costs and money after the thing was removed, I had to block them from my bank and they continuously call and claim I still owe them even after all my obligations have been met, they took out the last payment of 55 dollars when it was removed two days afterwards and they had a promotional deal at the beginning of 100 dollars off which they also did not honor, they are constantly calling me since the unit was removed January 28 th 2025,it also costed 150dollars to remove which I paid cash at the Time Resolution Sought I would like them to pay me my rebate of 100 dollars and quit harassing me with calls and messages I don't owe them any money, why would I pay them to discontinue automatic payments from my bank account I did that myself by blocking them because they tried taking more payments after it was finished.

I had Intoxalock put car since June was out state and on July 4 had lockout due battery die they made me wait 5 days before able get machine calibration after got new battery was find by state MD for failure of equipment then had take to shop 3 more times due it's messed with temperature control on vehicle, while in shop I'm waiting area and they charged me lockout had pay towing charge and for lockout got pay $30 each time Resolution Sought Like for them be investigated for this
