I went to a store in Glendale Galleria on 10/17/2025 and I passed in a store named Introstem and the ladies there called me to get inside the store and they applied something on my face and little did I know I was already buying their products and the gadget that costs $4620.90. When I went home I realized I made a mistake of getting that expensive products and I went back to the store to return it and get my money back but they refused to refund me. The products and the gadget were never open, never use and still intact packaging. The no return policy was not brought up before the purchase, only I knew it when I saw it on the receipt. And there is no return policy posted on the store. It seems like they are scamming their customers. They are doing the schemes of intimidating the customers to buy their products. Their style is like awful that girls are outside the store are calling and convincing customers to go inside. Resolution Sought To accept the return and refund me
