Company advertised a HD TV antenna that receives 80 channels. Purchased 1. When I received e mail confirmation, a $4.99 shipping protection was charged without authorization on top of the $34 shipping charge. Company did reverse that charge. Offer was either installment of $33 or pat $100 which was supposed to save the fifth installment. Researching on line regular price was $100. Chose to pay $100 in full. 2 arrived only ordered 1. Received confirmation for 1 only. Wanted to return both. Reception receive same number of as my $10 antenna. Told me I can return 1 instructed to refuse package & return to sender. FedEx told me they need a label. 2nd trip to fed ex with label with a RMA number is needed. Invental needs to send the correct label with a RMA number. They told me would send in seven days. When I didn't receive told me they don t send. Filed a dispute with my bank. They kept calling me saying everyone sends back with those labels. I m handicapped sending someone else to fed ex. I asked for a fed ex pickup. They don t do. Due to poor quality the were going to take equivalent of one installment off. At this point I don t want either. Company is misleading with everything. Placing incorrect information in their notes. Call dropped or was hung up. Upon calling back representative stated I was told to send back at my own expense. Packages are large & heavy. On Feb 16, received an e mail from them needing funds as they re eager to send my order. Resolution Sought Refund on both items. Or send 2 labels with RMA.
