Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I had an idea. I needed someone to turn to for assistance. To patent and market. But they took all my info and details of my product and told me they don't know me and told me to never call back my product is for cats and small dogs. And I know uts a seller. I feel they should be stopped. Thank you Resolution Sought I am not aware of your policy of resolving issues but I feel invention home should at least know that the idea they stole from me I should get my credits. After all it is my idea. Thank you
