They are a scam, the claim to fix your credit but they don't. They take your money out of your account and they don't respond when you email them. Resolution Sought I hope they get shut down, I want nothing but them to be shut down.

This client received service from us which we don’t charge until items is deleted. We deleted items from her credit report then we sent her an invoice for the balance and she got mad saying she thought we wasn’t working and that can she set up a payment plan for her balance. We have all documentation of all deleted items and all e-mail correspondence from her and to her. She then asked to canceled her subscription of 1.00 we canceled it but it was still during the billing the cycle so it charged her a 1.00 again she then sent a text which we got proof of that and can attach all corespondent with her text and email and we gladly refunded her 1.00 when canceled her account. Client didn’t get upset till we sent her and invoice. And we removed the item off her credit but got mad because the people that she owes was calling her and harassing her about the money she owed them she paid us to have it removed off her credit report but now is mad because the people she owe is calling her we never once stated we would get The calls to stop we was paid to see what laws the creditors broke in order to remove off credit report. She still owes the debt and is mad because they are calling her. I can attach all text messages and emails if needed. We did not scam her and she still owes the company a balance we don’t get paid till after we do a job.
