On October 28, 2022 I subscribed to a 2-Yr Investor Place Luke Lango's Ultimate Crypto subscription. I was told that I had up to 90 days to try it with a satisfaction guarantee. I also learned that I would get a credit to be applied to another service of my choice. On 10/29/2022, I received my welcome email: , "Welcome"… and to thank you for becoming a member of Ultimate Crypto. I'm glad you decided to come with me on this journey into the digital frontier. On 11/4/2022 I sent an email to feedback@investorplace.com to cancel subscription due to family member job loss and financial hard ship. I received no reply. I made a phone call a few days later to 800-219-8592. I was told I could not get a refund. On 12/16/2022, I sent another email stating that I wasn't told all the information about crypto investing and that I was deceived. I did not know it had no intrinsic value. I didn't know that there were different types of exchanges. I did not know that I couldn't leave them there once I purchased a coin. I didn't know until after the demise of FTX. And I didn't understand that these prices correlate to the Federal Reserve loosening or tightening credit. This is not an investment vehicle for me and I want out. Resolution Sought I want a refund to my credit card. I think it's fair to have it prorated for the 2 months that I have had it. Although technically, I asked for a refund just 5 days after the subscription purchase.

Company states: We contacted the client and went over her complaint. She said we didn't reply to her email on the 4th. But, we did reply and I forwarded her a copy of our email. The client is aware that we offer credit only and we discussed possibly transitioning to another one of our products. But, she told us she couldn't afford to purchase stocks. Then, we ultimately made an exception and offered her a full refund.

I checked column in which I would subscribe to Investors Place magazine, by computer March 2, 2021 Icalled them back March 2, 2021 & she said they would cancel. Now Sep. 15, 2021 nothing, they charged my Vida Card 99.00 I called again Sep. 15 she no one had ever talked to me and she has my email address. I guess this is another scam. Resolution Sought Return my $99.00 to this disabled 88 year old American Veteran
