I called Dante from IOL Tree Service to come give a estimate on having a pine tree taken down in my front yard. He came out that day. Was very kind, professional. He gave me a quote immediately of $950. That included taken the tree down and hauling the wood away. I hired him on the spot. He wrote up a estimate. We scheduled a few days later to take it down. Due to weather it had to be postponed. We scheduled again and he no show. When I got a hold of him a couple days later he apologized profusely. He then told me to get a hold of Iban, he us supposed to be the gentleman that schedules. It took me several tries to get a hold of him. Once again no show. It took me several days to get a hold of anyone. I called Dante a few times. On my 3rd call to Iban I asked what was going on to which he was very rude and disrespectful. Told me that now they are 2 months scheduled out and to find someone else. All this took place from Oct 25th to Nov 17th. I'm frustrated. Resolution Sought I would like the company to come take down my tree and haul away wood as written on the estimate at the price agreed on. Within the next week.
