They sold us a battery saying it would handle our usage in power failure, site survey member said it would not, we would need at least 3 batteries, so that was not affordable, he suggested a generator. So Greenlight the installer put in panels and was going to put in battery, said no, we changed to generator, he said to make sure his contract says battery. So called talked to John Orow, he said it was for a complete install. So we contacted propane company and they did there thing, ION said that was fine.. then when Bill came they said they would not pay it. We also had to get them to buy a base for generator, then when we had eletrictrian to give bid, he was getting someone in New Orleans, and could never get a date, panels were installed in July, this is now October, so they hired this eletrictrian, when he looked at generator said there was no battery, so I had him purchase one, I paid him, sent receipt to ION , now Marco saying that he bought a warranty for battery, and is not paying. The receipt says it comes with a 2 year warranty, nothing more was purchased. This eletrictrian they hired did not say he did not know anything about solar, so when he installed the generator, he knocked out our solar. It took us a week and a half to get a eletrictrian from greenlight to come and fix everything and ge t us back on line. Our electric bill was 50.00 that they need to pay . We had a contract that was a 2.99 interest rate, then at last minute it was 3.99

I want the money that that owe us. And an apology!! They have caused us a lot of anguish, I would hate for others to have to deal with this. Greenlight Solar did a fantastic job, but the sales representative did nothing but lie to us. There is a lot more, but not enough room to write it all
