IONOS has created a fraudulent contract between me and them after I cancelled services I never received and was partially refunded. Additionally, they claim the amount is overdue in attempt to fraudulently send me to collections. Resolution Sought I would like for them to stop creating illegal contracts and refund me the full amount they took from me.

We have taken services from IONOS for website hosting and domain registration. They have blocked our services for non payment on invoices, but it was wrongly charged and we are ready to pay the amount for the services which we have purchased but they are forcing us to pay for total invoiced. If we did not buy such services how can we pay for the same. And they have blocked most of the websites we are facing serious issue among our client. We need proper help for the same. Resolution Sought I would like to request to start my services and allow me to pay the invoices which i have purchased. And start my services asap
