I went Good Friday to get my company trucked washed here in Indpls In, when I left the mirrors none of the brackets, front of hood bed everything was still dirty, I called them the manager acted liked I was lying. So I sent him pics of all the dirt. He asked me to bring the truck back which is 15 miles from my yard, I took the truck back he said he thought I was tryna get over, but they washed the truck again, still dirty after I jumped back on highway he called to let me know they didn't get the bed on right side, but you told me y'all were done. He wanted me to come back again, I told him it's Good Friday, I got off early & I got more to do than keep letting them half wash the truck. Upon contacting corporate they send me a free voucher, why would I go back there when it took 3 times truck still dirty. Wasted my 3 hours I should get paid for my time instead of them. I asked for my money back because service wasn't done right & I should get my money back. That Monday morning I took my truck to Blue Beacan paid less & got a perfect wash. I paid for a service twice that wasn't my fault why wouldn't you give me my money back. Iowa doesn't have the right equipment of staff to wash dump trucks they should close that poos down, everyone complains about them when I told them what happened to me. Didn't go to Blue Beacan Good Friday cause it was so crowded didn't wanna wait went down the street to this place, I can see why nobody was there Resolution Sought My 87.00 dollars back in cash plus I paid extra for underbody wash & it wasn't done when Blue Beacan does everything cheaper & better.

First of all, there are no guaranties on a truck wash. We provide a quality wash for the price charged. There are no signs that indicate money back guaranty. This truck came in extremely filthy. We put more time into washing this truck than what was charged. She was not happy with the wash and we washed this truck for a second time! We have over 200.00 in wash time for this truck and she is still not happy. We are not a detail center. We are a truck wash. This individual is wanting a detail wash, we do not provide that service. This truck is in and out of rock quarries with lime caked in her framing of the truck; we do not provide that service nor was she charged for that service. We lost money on this wash and did our best to please this customer. She is welcome to use Blue Beacon but they do not guaranty their wash also. Blue Beacon also charges for excess time washing dirty trucks; we did not charge for excess time. We will gladly accept a check for the excess time washing this truck twice. This matter is closed.
