My family had rented a property through VRBO for the 4th of July weekend through IPG Florida we booked from the 3rd to the 5th paid for 2 nights as well as hefty cleaning fee. When we arrived at the home the first thing we noticed was the trash cans were so full with trash that the lids would not even close there is trash in the grass as I walked up into the house the rest of the family that had already arrived there had informed me that the pool was green that there was algae on the steps ( reason we booked) and the back porch had trash and was all disorganized, this was alarming because we were to be charged as I said a hefty cleaning fee we would expect the property to be kept up to meet expectations for that high of a cleaning fee. The bathrooms and such were clean but the house was trashed we had reached the property manager who said they would have someone come out on route and clean the pool that evening so we stayed The pool guy never showed up and the contact at property Management ignored our calls and texts afterwards , It was late so we decided to stay at the night after being misled we thought that the issue would be resolved since it hadn't we left the following day expecting before refund in which we've only received a partial the property management did not call us or return our calls we had to continuously call them It seems as though they're avoiding the situation as if it would go away. Just put it big damper on our fourth. Resolution Sought This house was disgusting there is cheese wrappers and garbage on the front yard in the back patio The pool which is the reason we stayed there was unusable we would like a full refund not a partial.

I have been requesting a FULL refund in the amount of $677.50 for Amanda Scott. Arriving to the condo, it was not clean and the toilet was overflowing. I have reached out multiple times and the company has failed to respond. Property ID: 9557558 Reservation: 30314546 June 25-29, 2021 Resolution Sought REFUND
