I had my phone fixed here a few months ago. Not long after I had it repaired my touch screen was acting weird. Pressing buttons on its own and not letting me use it. I just tried to bring it back to him and just because the screen protector had some cracks on it he accused me of breaking the phone and wanted to charge me for a whole new screen. The screen itself is completed undamaged and this should be covered under my warranty but this guy is just being greedy and doesn't want to help me. Resolution Sought All I wanted them to do is honor their warranty and give me a replacement screen for my unbroken one.

Our system shows that we replaced the screen on 10/26/2024. you walked in today 6 months later with a broken screen protector and a broken LCD which is physical damage that no one covers under warranty. Then you stated we did not repair it correctly 6 months ago. First off this is a lie because this establishment never returns repairs to customers unless they are done correctly. Funny enough the proof to our claim that we do not return repairs without them being 100 fixed is that you never mentioned this until 6 months later € if your phone wasn't properly fixed why didn't you come in 6 months ago You should not wait 6 months. We give warranty and discount to our honest customers.Next time Eric i suggest trying honesty then we would have gladly given you a discount
