I opened my ipostal account in November of 2020 for two addresses. I paid for one year they informed me later that only one of them was paid for one year and that I could not get my Address back. I contacted support after finding out that ADP hand delivered my employees checks to the non active address I called them only to find out that both of my mailboxes are not active any longer and an old one from 2015 is now mysteriously active and the date was changed that I started it its an entire mess because I asked for help and the guy was rude just kept saying I'm telling u what I see but I'm telling u it's incorrect there is no reason for me to have purchased a Miami address if both of my businesses are in nashville and Michigan. I have the conversation between myself and customer service a few months ago confirming that the Michigan mailbox is still active please help because I am not happy with this company at all it is not right to make changes to my account falsely Resolution Sought Help fix the problem let them know their way of service is deceitful
