For the last 2 years, this company has been charging. My credit card on auto pay for an account. I'm not sure how to get into and I. Requested them to stop many times and they have not yet. I would like them to stop charging my credit card. Cancel the account. Resolution Sought Stop charging my credit card.

My wife just about 20 minutes ago transferred $50 from our savings acct to our checking acct so I could have some money to use, but almost within 5 to 10 minute the Company "IPSY" who has online ordering services and a APP you can order there products thru. But IPSY , even though in past would not honor my wife's past orders , well they seem to be staking out honest people banks accts , and have some kind of notification services for getting notified if we have cash in our checking acct, because they ILLEGALLY GO INTO OUR USAA CHECKING ACCT AND WITHDREW THE $50 my wife had just transferred for me to have. I find this highly illegal tactics especially when IPSY does not refund money , so even though nothing was ordered , they take money out of your checking acct then say , oh we are sorry let us send you some product worth (what they assume is $50 worth of IPSY product. I'm sorry , I'm trying to be somewhat nice, but IPSY TOLD MY WIFE HER ACCT WAS CLOSED BUT SINCE HAS TAKEN MONEY OUT OF OUR BANKS CHECKING ACCT , then now we can't get our stolen cash back but instead IPSY sends product. I know if dived into deeper, we would see this form of scam happening to many customers. My wife is on the phone right now getting the runaround from Ipsy , who I think is owned by CRAFT INC, not sure. Resolution Sought I would like for IPSY to give back all the money they have taken out of our Checking acct at USAA , that they knowingly took our money without our consent or ordering any product. I want to know is there any Class Action against IPSY for these unlawful SHENNANIGANS knowing that they don't give cash returns but only give product in replacement and We DONT WANT ANY OF THERE PRODUCT, IF WE DID WE WOULD OF HAD AN PREVIOUS ORDER CONFIRMATION RECEIPT, we feel victimized
