Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They refuse to produce documents, they falsied information to extort thousands a made up ammount. They multiplied a lease breaking fee 3-4 times. I will never pay them but its making my insurance and other premiums high. I have literall requested PROOF!!! For 4 years I call and harrass them they acrt mental ill and hang up when asking direct questions, these people are insane illegall and just plane out of line. I want them to take me to court and settle this as I believe what they are doing is not legal. Resolution Sought To get the document that state I agreed to what they claiming I owe and refusing show

They are reporting fraudulent charges on my credit report. I have a never had an account with them – I sent an email and never received a response. I never signed any agreement with them. Resolution Sought To remove the negative credit report

In response to your letter dated June 18, 2026, we provide the following information. Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to this complaint because the consumer has not signed and returned the Disclosure Authorization Form (DAF) that is provided by the BCA upon receipt of the complaint. We are prohibited by Federal law to disclose to third parties regarding any alleged account. Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint. IQ Data International, Inc. ("IQ Data") is committed to treating every consumer with the dignity and respect to which they are entitled and is committed to its compliance efforts and ethical debt collection practices. All collection employees are trained by a certified Trainer Specialist and, as a requisite of employment at IQ Data, the employee is required to become certified through the ACA as a Professional Collection Specialist.
