Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

My son had a psychotic break on March 12. 2024 and was admitted to a psychiatric facility for 6 months. High River never contacted me of any money due since March rent was paid. We moved him out before March 31, 2024. High River apartments turned me over to collections with IQ Data which have been nothing but harassing and rude. One rep even said she refused to remove my son's phone # to stop harasssing him even though I am his legal guardian and have the legal right to demand that. She also said "just pay the debt and we won't harass you". You moron don't you think if I had the money I would pay it. Besides my rent was current. They are horrible and from reading many more complaints, I see High River just turns residents over to IQ all the time simply because they don't want to deal with with and don't even contact the resident before. September 10, 2024 Business Consumer Alliance Complaint ID #: 99027959 RE: Teri Tumlin Dear BCA, Please accept this as I.Q. Data’s response to the above-mentioned compliant. Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to this complaint because the consumer has not signed and returned a Disclosure Authorization Form (DAF) that is provided by the BCA upon receipt of the complaint. We are prohibited by Federal law to disclose to third parties regarding any alleged account. Our office does not have a current blank Disclosure Authorization Form on file from the BCA. If your agency is able to provide one, we will keep it on file to include as needed in future complaints. Please do not hesitate to contact me for further information. I had an apartment with Eaglewood Lofts with Hayden Brown. 3 years ago. This collection is making it impossible for me to pay my half and it's interfering with my life to move forward. This collection place will only take full payment and I have tried to reach his parents regarding the situation and their procrastinating and they won't do anything about it as well either and I am stuck. I have tried to talk to one of the agents in this collection company and all he keeps telling me is that I need to pay in full or that amount needs to be paid in full when I was ready to pay my half!! I can't move on until these people do their other half.. Eaglewood does not have our records or any of the management from three years ago so this whole situation has been very complicating.., my ex, and I clean the apartment better than we got it returned all the keys and they still came at us.. anyway, I am just trying to get my life going, and of course collections is being impossible with me and won't take my end half of it. I have told him I don't have the full amount and they're more than welcome to reach out to his folks or try and find him to pay for his end. I shouldn't have to feel stuck in held hostage situation when I'm ready to pay my half and move on with my life and get this done with and I don't know how to go about this. I'm feeling very frustrated, angry and exasperated because collections is being impossible and Hayden Brown won't . Resolution Sought I need this business to allow me to pay my half so I can live my life and not have to worry about anything anymore so I can get an apartment in my name without having hiccups in this whole situation is interfering with my life and I'm so done with it. I need them to contact Hayden Brown to pay his half as well and not asked for the full amount from me because I don't have it! We were both on the lease. Please, I'm just trying to get this done!!! I need Hayden do his part.
