Better service for My husband...I don't bring my vehicle

Always drama from the black female customer service person. She is a big liar for this company. I complained to the manager (white boy in a suit). Listened to the customer service person and never addressed me. I got proof she always act crazy when it comes to My husband come for service. I don't bring my vehicle here anymore, my husband brings his vehicle.
