We have not had ac for a month now and we didn't have a stove for 26 days. She is evicting people left and right for not sending them a new lease. We dont have any ac in summer or heat in the winter. We went two weeks without hot water at one point. Its really bad roach wise too. They promise to sray but i had to do it myself. She blocked my number and wont give me a window unit. Resolution Sought Release me on the lease and give my deposit back
