I purchased 2 packs extensions from irresistible me. On their website the extensions are labeled as "high quality 100 Remy human hair" Perfect! Just what I need. After installation as my stylist shaped them with her razor she mentioned there was a strange black soot or wax coming off of the hair. She assumed it was a silicone coating to give it that smooth shiny texture that will last only till the first shampoo. When I brushed it I noticed A LOT of shedding, an Abnormal amount considering I was on day 1 of wear. The other issue I had was after brushing the hair was immediately tangled again. I normally purchase my extensions from glam seamless and have never experienced this sort of shedding, thick coating, or tangling. The only time I had ever had hair shed like that was when it was a. More than a month or two old, or B. It was cheap hair extensions purchased off of Amazon. . The lowest of the low. I contacted the company they asked for photos which I provided. They responded back saying there was nothing wrong with the hair, which makes me think that their "high quality hair" has been doctored to appear high quality when it really isn't at all. It's false advertising. They also included in the email what I could do to make the extensions last longer. Not my issue. I will say they respond quickly whenever I contact them, I appreciate that. They would have had a loyal customer if their product they sent me was the high quality hair I purchased. Resolution Sought Either refund my money or send high quality hair which is what I thought I was purchasing

Never received product in time stated. Can not get customer service to return email about receiving a refund I have no product tried multiple sources of social media. I needed product for event the product clearly isn't coming they are trying to scam people. Resolution Sought Refund. Police to be involved to investigate this scam they are running.
