What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. Really great customer service

Although I am still unsatisfied with the hair extensions I purchased from irresistible me (poor quality, shedding, tangled and I haven't even washed them yet) the customer service rep. Really did try to be helpful. They offered a $40 refund so about a 1/4 of the cost of the extensions. Lesson learned.
