Unclear proposal agreement.
Very misguiding and not clear on the agreement only tell clients what is necessary to get them to sign up. Poor communication explaining the understanding details. Give money saving excitement then uses the Department of education to direct the unclear agreement which puts every client at risk with trying to clear their debts. No communication on how the progress is going to clear debts.
