We were left in an emergency with no heat or hot water in zero degree weather for 4 days!

We were left in an emergency with no heat or hot water in zero degree weather for 4 days! Horrible customer service and extremely unacceptable. We were told there were no emergency services because a storm was coming in! This is when you need them the most. Nothing - they suck! I will never use their services again as soon as I can get the tank removed from my yard.
