So the company is a program that help disabled people with assistance as well as mental health housing taxes ECT but in order to be apart of it you must be on Medicare or Medicaid cause they bill your insurance so since I'm a single disabled mother the owner of the company Laura Shear-coats contact me I did my research I thought finally someone who is a real professional can start helping me with all my stuff cause my payee doesn't have all the resources so I been a client for 2 years and in the past two years I have seen her may 4-5 times which two of them were for a trunk or treat & one for a egg hunt she never answers my call or text I found out she charged me $180 for doing my taxes for me which she filled wrong & now I'm in trouble with disabled and have to pay them back $9,165.84 cents which I think that she should have to pay back cause she is doing some big time insurance fraud but billing my insurance for services I Have NOT been receiving as well as doing this to other clients I know her & her husband are always eating fancy dinners on vacation she never reschedules or calls back when she misses an appointment I got a letter almost 30 days ago from SSI stating that I may 2 much which Laura Shear-coats did my taxes for 2 yrs I'm unaware of what she put on there it say something about self employed which I'm not I've tried contacting her text and phone call as well as Facebook messenger no response she told me about a program for my son which she also been billing Resolution Sought I would like her to have to be held fully responsible for her actions & have to pay back the full amount due to soical security I think that she should have to pay me back the $180 that she charged me both years for filling my taxes when her service were supposed to be all charged to my insurance and I want her to be shut down so she can stop making money off of the state insurance
