I am filing a complaint and possible law suit against Its Just Lunch Denver because I was mislead into giving the business funds for services I was promised but not given. At the initial conversation I was told by the business manager that for $2800 I would get two dat matches a month for the course of a year. I went on exactly 4 dates over the course of a year while money was being drawn from my account. Likewise I was charged approximately $103 a month for dates I did not go on. As such I am asking for a full refund and investigation into the business practices of Its Just Lunch Denver. Thank you for your time. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund because I was mislead into spending my money with the company.
