Pre-ordered Dept.56 Peanuts Snoopy Salt and Pepper Salt and Pepper Shaker Set. I was debited on February 20, 2022. Estimated shipping date was 8-15-22. I still have NOT received the item. I have sent several emails and texts but get nowhere. I am told they are waiting on ENESCO to ship this, or they haven't received anything from ENESCO yet. I have no emails, no tracking #, no time frame when item was ordered from ENESCO, no updates, no definite date on when I will get what I have paid for. Not fair to consumers. Resolution Sought Refund my money or send the item that I paid for back in February 2022.
