Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. We have been purchasing internet services from. Izones for over 5 years. We pay for a 10 download and 2 upload but very rarely do we ever receive what we pay for. Our internet has gone out multiple times for several days at a time. They are our only option that is not satellite internet. Our internet has been out for 3 days and I have tried to call but no answer and not able to leave a message. The person we have other contact information for will not respond to our texts or calls. The website claims fast friendly and excellent service but no one answeres the phone and their service is a joke. They are making false claims about their internet and I have the text messages to prove they are not being honest. Additionally we have continued to pay them in hopes our internet will get better. Resolution Sought I want my internet bill prorated for all the down time. I want them to answer their phone and provide the service we pay for.
