Replace the disrespectful and unprofessional employee.

Very nasty. I used their drop off service and told them all free and clear detergent because the baby has a skin condition. They used the wrong detergent and the baby got a skin rash all on her body. When I politely mentioned it they told me to take her laundry and wash it somewhere else if I don't like the way they clean the clothes. That I'm no longer allowed to drop it or wash it there.
