RUN!!

J & H is the worst of the worst, very unprofessional, they lie, ignore and berate their clients. These people have committed very serious crimes ranging from property and deed fraud to felony identity theft. There is a special place in hell for these people. Run do Not do business with these people or any of their affiliates, please do your homework these people operate as a " Property Mob" and James Joffe is the Mob Boss, his son Kyle Joffe is the mouth he yells, curses, and is disrespectful, as for everyone else I have had to deal with are complacent to their crimes. These are very bad people so is everyone they work with, they answer to no agency and they follow no laws. They apparently have created an atmosphere to allow them to do these things to law abiding good people. Do Your Homework!!! Run from these people as fast as you can. They stole my home using fake paperwork and we are still the owners and pay taxes on a house they made disappear and no agency or person can seem to figure out how to fix this and apparently they committed felony identity theft with our names but again no one will stop them and even though we have a police detective and HCD Special Investigator supposedly on our case no one has been arrested or held responsible for these crimes and no lawyer will go after them. If we do not stand up to people like this we all lose in the end.
