The technician came out to place my water softener which took him over 7 hours. The company wanted to charge me over $1,100. Come to find out the work was done incorrectly and they had to send out another technician which I assisted to fix the water softener with the help of the Rheem company. The water ran for over three and a half hours before I manually shut it off. Resolution Sought I'm not heartless and I understand that one of their technicians came out to install my water softener. I would like a refund of $350 to cover the cost of my water running for over 3 and 1/2 hours and arguing over the phone for the mistakes they made.

I'm sorry this customer seems to be frustrated and unhappy. We performed a service that was Time & Materials she acknowledge that by initialing our ticket to start the work. When we were done she was not happy with the time although our plumber was working the whole time. She complained to our Service supervisor and he discounted the ticket her liking. It was then she agreed to pay us $750.00 dollars for the Installation and signed our invoices that stated she was satisfied for the work completed. We took care of this customer at the point of services rendered and she signed saying she was satisfied. I apologize for any inconvenience by any party in the matter.
