We needed our water heater tank replaced. We contacted J&J and they came replaced the water tank but unfortunately they didn't removed the old one because as per the plumber they couldn't empty the tank. Now I have a tank in the middle of my hallway and the company is giving me the run around as to when they will be returning. It's now three days waiting and they informed me that no one will be able to return u til Tuesday Jan 17, today is Friday Jan 13. We paid they in full $2300…this is unacceptable. I need help and guidance on how to move forward. Resolution Sought I need the tank removed immediately, the same way they received their payment in full.

Company states; Please let me tell you that this customer had a situation that is not common and we tried to handle best we could. Their hot water tank was clogged and couldn't drain so we installed the new one and asked if we can get the man power to come back and take the old one. This happened on a Friday before a holiday weekend, we promised them Tuesday we'd remove the old tank. Over the weekend I tried to see if we can go and remove it but she had a party planned and said that couldn't be done. The day we promised was Tuesday the 17th, first thing in the morning we had our team go and remove the tank. We apologized and took money off the bill, this situation was not anticipated, we couldn't know beforehand that this was going to be a problem so we did the best we could to resolve and fulfilled our promise and removed the old tank.
