The fence that was put up is scratched up/damaged, and left dirty. Sections need to be replaced. The owners attitude and how he talks is unacceptable. I will not pay until I am satisfied. The workers stated that the fence was not shipped properly. They stated that the fence was not covered/protected properly. Resolution Sought Replace the damaged parts.

The fence was damaged in shipping . 1 section was reordered that day and we are currently waiting for it to arrive . Customer is unhappy that we glued his caps on . He neglected to inform the install crew that he did not want the glued on . i guess we need to be mind readers also . i will be proving new caps at my cost since the home owner did not let us know . This is the 3rd job i have done for Mr Clark . It will be the final . i have listed him on a sit for contractors to weed out problem customers . Rather than call my office of call me directly with his minor issues he filed with you . Its sad that hard working business owners have to waste thier time responding to bull crap like this . All this for 30' of fence . typical

The first section of whit picked fence, the caps were not glued on. Based on this experience, I did not expect for these caps to be glued. In fact, I was given a small tube of glue by the workers and told that I could glue the caps if I so choose to do so. I was never contacted about the damaged section of fence, until I finally filed this complaint. The owner is not at all professional. He communicated in a very unprofessional manner of which was disrespectful. I did continue to use him in spite of his unprofessional manner. The one job of chain linked fence in my back yard, he replaced the top with my old rusty pipe. I was not at home for this job. I paid for a new fence and he used this old rusty pipe of mine on the top of the fence. I am waiting for all of this to be corrected. I do not wish to be disrespected by this owner again. I just want what I pay for.

This man now has issues with a fence that was installed years ago . Wow . Funny no issues were ever mentioned to myself as i am the one that completed the job . The customer received exactly what he paid for than . Why would he rehire my company if we did poor work . I was not unprofessional in stating the facts . When Mr Clark called for the estimate i told him we were way to busy to deal with his small job . A job that i have spent hours dealing with his bull crap complaints and false stores about glued caps . The only reason i went to give him another estimate was because he cried to my assistant . Now he is crying to who ever will listen about having to wait for replace parts for this fence . Unbelievable the amount of time and energy that i have wasted . I will be telling every contractor i know to steer clear of this man .Mr clark stop wasting contractors time with you small jobs . Stop crying like and old hen over nothing . We will be in touch as soon as your replacement parts come in . Do not harass me anymore . Do make up any more fairy tales .
