I brought two jeans and 2 long shirts to this cleaners. they over charged me for the shirts and class them as dresses. charging me 28 dollars. I feel that's an unfair amount to charge for 2 long shirts. Resolution Sought I would like a refund

I opened my store since 2004, already passed 17 years. Really I received price complaint first time. Nobody complain about the price, my price is reasonable. If I charged unfair prices, how can I run it so far? During the pandemic, lot of Dry Cleaners was closed. But I have survived because the customer helps me and they worry of my business. Bring more clothes. Watson complaint the price. It was different point of view. He think it's a long shirt, I think it's a woman dress. I always charge it (same style cloth) woman dress. Woman dress price starts $13. He requests same day service and it has some stains. I cleanted two times and spotting. We upcharge same day service and some stains. That's why I charged $1 more (each dress $14). Recently supply (hanger) price raised double (100% up), oil (my store) price up, wage up (press woman $17 per hour). I checked another dry cleaners, they are more expensive than me. I want that he check the price at another store. Almost store raise the price recently, I am sure 100%. When I give him the ticket, also he prepaid, he has to check the price. If he didn't want to dry clean, he has to be looking for another dry cleaners. I didn't understand he comlained after everything was over. He wanted a refund, but I can't find the reason for a refund. My answer is no.
