Shut Down

They refuse to do warranty work on a vehicle purchased and under a payment contract with them. Screamed and cussed at us when we tried to have them honor the warranty.

Confusing but GOOD in the END

Everything was very confusing in the beginning but as soon as I got a hold of the manager Ron everything got settled out and fixed he is the manager of The colerain location he went above and beyond to ensure everything got figured out.
