We had agreed to remove valleys in existing roof and build knee wall apply new metal at this sharper pitch and no valleys. We then added that they build a 12 x 18 room second story and roof it accordingly. We supply all materials and them the labor for 3800 dollars. There was then added to wrap 3 sides of room for 150 dollars. Then added tongue and groove board covering and a 4 foot x12 foot deck and this to be paid daily. He got 900 for two days of only 5 hours and 3 hours paid him. There is not one single part or portion of project complete yet he was paid 4950. Dollars, Squirrels can crawl thru almost the whole perimeter at roof edges, same around room roof areas. Daylight is easy to see looking out. We have pics. Roof trims not completed. Heat duct that was disconnected has not been rebooked, hanging loose. Deck has a screw in board to 2x6 but not 2. And then many have no screws. Edge was not cut it is of different lengths, door was installed but not handles and locks. Screws and nails in work area(driveway) I had to clean up. Resolution Sought I need all roof edge areas done in a professional manner, closed in, no daylight visible, rest of siding installed, there is not that much, deck screwed properly. He has been paid for these.
