We bought a pool pump from them and the pool pump failed while still under warranty. The pump was returned in August of 2021 and we still have not heard from nor will they return phone calls. We need your help. Please. Thank you. Resolution Sought Refund for pump motor.

Company states; We are in receipt of a Mr. Smith's complaint. This customer actually purchased a motor and related parts and not a "pool pump". Also the price for the motor is $559.40 and not $800.00 as the customer indicates. This customer called during the summer of 2021 to have the motor checked. It was indicated to him we would not be able to service him within his time frame which was a mere couple of days. Because of this another he contacted another vendor that evidently installed a new pump and motor assembly. Mr. Smith returned the pump and motor assembly as a whole and not just the motor. It has been returned to our vendor. When Mr. Smith returned it he asked how long it would take. I personally waited on him and told him it will take as long as the distributor and manufacturer move. Will feel Mr. Smith is a little disingenuous in filing a claim for $800.00. Also it is our policy, because we are a very seasonal business, to take care of our longstanding customers who pay promptly. This is our first experience with Mr. Smith and it took him 2 months to pay his invoice. Please see attached to prove the aforementioned (Upon request). In conclusion, we are moving forward with a solution when the manufacturer reaches a determination on the warranty claim. I have spoken to Mr. Smith on the phone as recently as November 6. At that time he asked what his refund would be. Again, I reminded him that it is based on the manufacturer's warranty and is usually a new motor. Again, as soon as we know we will let Mr. Smith know.
