I bought a van, under warranty and within a week, the transmission light was on. After taking it to a garage I was told it needed to be replaced, I bought the van with a warranty on it. The issues with the van were not covered under warranty, and would have cost several thousands of dollars to fix. I volunteered the van back to the warranty company. I also contacted the dealer JM Auto Sales to get my $3,000 deposit back and have been completely ignored by the owner Jason. Please help me. I owe almost $7,000 on a van I was able to drive for 2 weeks at most while JM Auto Sales sold me a Lemon under warranty. I tried several times to contact this dealership and my emails are ignored and no phone calls returned. I have 4 children 2 of them that are disabled. This man took my money, and left me stuck with no vehicle to even take my children to doctors appointments. Resolution Sought Give me my $3,000 deposit back, that I put on a Dodge Caravan, that had a bad transmission
