After returning to Rochester after a month in California I tried to use my garbage disposal and it did not work. Jack and Jill plumbing came out and determined the disposal was clogged and fixed it in about 4 minutes. I was charged $336.00 for this service which I stupidly paid (I am elderly and very sick). This charge is OUTRAGEOUS! I've contacted them several times and they won't return any phone calls. I was to be reimbursed for this ridiculous charge. I am also calling Lifespan to file an elder abuse claim. Resolution Sought I would be willing to pay $100.00 for this service which is more than generous so I want them to reimburse me $236.00.
