Took my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado for oil change and tire rotation on August 13, 2024 .Was notified truck was ready paid for oil change and tire rotation and drove down the block and around the corner when truck started making a loud noise steering wheel started wobbling out of control almost had an accident. Pulled over to the side of the road. Got out and surveyed truck, I couldn't tell what was wrong. Drove back to the dealership. They looked at it and said the lugs nuts were not put on properly. No one apologized for the poor service or for for putting my life in jeopardy riding on the road in a 2.5 ton vehicle with the wheels not properly attached..I need to let people know about the poor service that puts lives in danger, that is going on at Winegardener Chevrolet in Fort Washington, Maryland. Resolution Sought I would like the management and owners to know what kind of service is going on at the Chevrolet dealership. I would also recommend training for the mechanics and some kind of service quality checks once work is completed, before vehicles are returned to their owners.
