Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Jack pocket sells on line Texas Lottery scratch off game cards with odds on each card for that game. Jackpot does not and will not own up to those odds being the same when purchasing a game card from them. Example: you purchase a $30 scratch off card with odds of a winner for every 3.58 cards. I have porchased 8-9 cards in a row within the same time period with ZERO winners, not even 1. When Jackpot was question about the odds. They represent the card by selling it but will not guarantee or even offer up their odds. That they are a service. Being disabled and not permitted to drive I appreciate the service! The honor the same game odds of the cards you are representing!! Resolution Sought Honor the same odds of winners they sell and represent that the game card has on it! Prove they sell the same winners as the card shows!
