File basic taxes efficiently & on time.

Unprofessional. Lost paperwork. I have been a client for 6 years &I have only 3 papers to be filed for my taxes & they were either lost or misfiled for three years, resulting in lost wages & paperwork fees. Unhelpful staff with very pathetic excuses.

They do not honor their promises.

I filed taxes with them to save me the headache, had to resend and re-file and verify my acct with the IRS. Change their promise that they handle everything for you!
