They lie and give you bogus numbers

They lie and give you bogus numbers then when you call back in and ask for their boss they said they have no idea who their boss is now come on you have no idea who your boss is well I do corporate told me her name is Debbie and I've talked to her on her cell phone and Jackson Hewitt will not help you corporate local or not people be aware my goodness do not go to them cuz it's something happens you are on your own and there is no help whatsoever cuz I keep tell you there's no phone numbers so please stay away from Jackson Hewitt

File basic taxes efficiently & on time.

Unprofessional. Lost paperwork. I have been a client for 6 years &I have only 3 papers to be filed for my taxes & they were either lost or misfiled for three years, resulting in lost wages & paperwork fees. Unhelpful staff with very pathetic excuses.
