I had Jackson Hewitt do my 2021 taxes 2 months ago and it was fine,when it was time to pay the total was double what I was quoted, that was also fine. I paid the total of $386.95 on my visa but when my refund from irs was deposited into my account it was $386.95 less due to Jackson Hewitt withholding that money as payment for doing my taxes even though I'd already paid it, was also charged $49.95 for this service. I contacted there office and went over the mistake, they apologized and said a check from corporate was coming, that was 5 weeks ago now they don't answer my calls or emails. Resolution Sought I want the $368.95 they took from my refund and a refund of $49.95 the fee I was charged to have my payment taken out of my refund.

Mr. Kolar, refund request was approved on May 11, 2022 and will be sent to him as soon as corporate issues it. This can take up to 6-8 weeks depending on Holidays, it may take a little longer.
